Mr and Mrs Bessière plan to build a 190 sqm private house on a 1000sqm plot of land. They called us to organize their property project. The building area exceeds 170sqm, consequenly, we got in touch with two architects for the estimates of the plans and we found two estimates for each trade association involved (excavating work, brickwork, framework, roofing, picture window, doors, insulation, plumbing, electricity, tiling, roughcasting). Mr and Mrs Bessière could make a comparison between various artisans, their services and their rates. They also wanted an equipped kitchen, we recommended a contractor to them after we had compared the detailed quotations and the materials that were used. The wallpaper and paintwork were carried out by Mr and Mrs Bessière.
This couple needed a global loan, we advised them on attractive-rate financing. We helped them to draw up the files on the planning permission, and on the grants to set solar panels up.

 Mr and Mrs Ferrier decided to renovate the stone-built barn which belonged to Mr Ferrier’s grandfather. We helped this couple to carry out the fitting-out plans of the barn. We deduced that a stone slab was necessary to recieve the bathroom and the three bedrooms upstairs. We planned to make openings with picture windows in the façade walls. The framework and the roof were kept because they were in good conditions. We showed them two estimates per each trade association they needed : masonery, picture windows, insulation, plumbing, electricity, tiling. An excavating firm was called to dig the trench to service the plot of land. We also asked a qualified company to sandblast the façade and to draw the pointing on the outer walls

Mrs Durand lets out a three-room flat and she wants to “brighten it up”before his new tenant arrives. The dining room, the corridor, and the two bedrooms must be wallpapered, the ceilings must be repainted. She also wants to have an equiped kitchen installed. We showed her two quotations for the paintings, the wallpaper and the estimates of two kitchen architects to have a new kitchen.

Mme Rigal wants to open a hairdresser’s salon in the area of “grand rodez”. She has found in Sebazac a shop in a commercial area, but this shop is not adapted to her type of trade. To turn her salon into what she wants, she found us to get some pieces of advise. We elaborated a plan for the different area of the salon : washing, the til, the back shop .

Mr Bertrand wants to install a swimming pool in his garden. We showed him two estimates to carry out the excavating works of the swimming pool and three estimates of swimming pool builders and of the various techniques of water treating.
