During this first meeting, we introduce our activity and the field of action that we can ensure for you. You explain your project, your expectations, with the items you already have: sketches, photographs, drawings, etc.
We answer your questions: building techniques, organisation, work lead times, insurance of the skilled tradesmen, etc.

In the framework of a construction, we foresee a first meeting on the site. This site visit is essential for us to take into account important items such as the type of soil, the earthwork to be foreseen, the aspect, etc. in order to have an overall view of the future construction.
If you wish to renovate, a visit to the premises allows us get an idea of the condition of the building. From room to room, you explain your projects while we give our advice, technically solve the various ideas and estimate the work which you want to get done.

At this stage, two possibilities are offered to you: you can have drawings already made by a professional or else we will present you an architect (or draughtsman) who will discuss with you, understand your expectations, your lifestyle and then study your project and make a customised proposal. The latter will draw up your plans and 3D views, as well as photographs with insertion of the future house on the actual plot.

ATOUT TRAVAUX 12 will accompany you all through the administrative formalities and prepare your file ready to be submitted to the mayor’s office.

Our company regularly works with several skilled tradesmen of the building industry, covering all the trades necessary for your construction. Depending on your project, we will present you with different estimates previously selected for each operation.

Once the skilled tradesmen have been selected, we will organise a first worksite meeting with you, in the course of which the skilled tradesmen are present. During this meeting, all the points of the project are dealt with and planned as to their organisation and lead times, etc.

Throughout the duration of the work, you will have only one contact, ATOUT TRAVAUX 12. We will regularly contact you on the progress of your project and the various questions which could be raised all through your construction.

During this meeting, we will discuss with you, about all the checks of work by the various trades: from the structural framework to the finish, all will be reviewed with you.

Once the work has been finished and delivered, our services do not stop there. You can contact us a few weeks or a few months afterwards if you notice imperfections. It is now 3 years that we have been working in the department of Aveyron for renovations, constructions, interior outfitting or extensions.
